It is my usual habit to watch films in order of their chronology in a film maker’s output. I just finished Gingers – and I just have to write and say:
I love the evolution. I love elements that are present from the first (Mates) – the pacing, the increased intimacy/sexuality/nudity/climax/afterward! I also love the manner in which each film explores more deeply the interior of the subjects’ personalities and uniqueness.
